The Cuomo Foundation has financed a new medical machine, the Tissue-Tek Xpress.

The Tissue-Tek Xpress Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor performs rapid processing of tissue specimens for the histopathology laboratory, resulting in one hour processing. As the new reagents are Formalin and Xylene-free, processing with the Tissue-Tek Xpress Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor results in DNA and RNA preservation.

This machine will allow the CHPG and the Principality of Monaco to stay at the top of medical innovation.
